The NEWELY project will participate to the webinar on Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolysers organized by FCH JU. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday 6 July, 2021 | 14:00 – 15:30.
Since 2020 the FCH JU has supported three cutting-edge projects on this research field: ANIONE, CHANNEL and NEWELY.
The projects will be showcasing their targets, achievements and remaining challenges in developing 2kW prototypes of AEMEL. This will be followed by a discussion on the steps needed to upscale AEMEL including EU support.
Registration is required to join the webinar.

The NEWELY’s consortium has met online to share the latest updates on the R&D activities for the prototype construction.
There are innovations deriving from the activities on the membranes, cell and electrodes. These will make NEWELY’ s a promising project for the uptake of Anion Exchange Membrane Water Electrolysers.
More information will be posted in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
The NEWELY project has been officially kicked-off. The eleven partners of the Consortium met in Stuttgart at DLR to present their roles and activities in the project.
The NEWELY Consortium is ready to start the journey that will lead to the creation of the Next Generation of Water Electrolysers.
